These terms cover your use of CB Learner, run by CBullardConsulting. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to take courses, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person, so please don't share a login or a purchase.
What you're buying
A track pass is a one-time payment that gives your account access to every paid course in that track that is open at the time you buy, plus any course added to that track later. There's no subscription and access doesn't expire while the site is running. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Launch prices apply to the number of buyers stated on the course page and end when those spots are gone.
If I ever shut the site down, I'll give at least 60 days' notice by email so you can download what you've bought.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days if you haven't opened any course the purchase unlocked. The details are in the refund policy.
Using the material
The templates, prompts, and files you build in a course are yours to use in your own work, including at your job. The course material itself (lessons, quizzes, and the downloads as published) is for your personal use. Please don't resell it, repost it, or share it with people who haven't bought it.
About the advice
The courses teach how I use Claude in my own work. They aren't legal, financial, medical, or HR advice, and they don't replace your employer's rules about AI and company information. Check your workplace policy before putting work material into any AI tool. Claude is made by Anthropic; this site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, and Claude's features and pricing are set by them and can change.
What I'm responsible for
I work to keep the site running and the courses accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CBullardConsulting's total responsibility for any claim about the site or courses is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending access
You can delete your account at any time by emailing me. I can suspend an account that shares logins, resells material, or abuses the site, and I'll tell you why.
